Acknowledgment and Actions for the Top Management Priority – Safety Environment Health

KHPUA hereby declares and implements the following safety, health management policies to create both social responsibility and a safe workplace for companies, in accordance with the management principles that prioritize the health and safety of its employees and stakeholders.

1. Both the employees and stakeholders unreservedly practice the basic principles of health and safety, as well as establish a culture of safety that complies with the relevant laws and regulations to create a healthy and safe workplace.
2. To secure the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders, we establish and implement a health and safety management system that pursues continuous improvements.
3. Employees and stakeholders strictly comply with safety and health -related laws, in addition to internal health and safety management regulations; consistently pursue the improvements necessary to achieve health and safety goals; and regularly inspect their implementation and compliance.
4. Company-wide and across all business activities, the safety accident prevention activities are carried out to predict and preemptively manage the risk factors.
5. Reinforce the win-win cooperation system of the subcontract, service, and consignment relationships, as well as fulfill the relevant responsibilities and roles both to secure the safety of the concerned workers and to improve the environment.
6. In the institution of a culture of safety and the prevention of accidents, we not only guarantee the complete participation and consultation of all employees and stakeholders, but also realize transparent health and safety management through the disclosure of this management policy.
